By installing and using Tunnda, you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
1. The service
Tunnda is a mobile app that lets a family keep, organise and pass on its memory: people, kinship ties, stories, photos and audio recordings. The app works mainly offline and backs up your content on our infrastructure.
2. Your account
- You must be of legal age, or have the permission of a legal guardian, to create an account.
- The information you provide when registering must be accurate.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the actions taken from your account.
- You may request the deletion of your account at any time.
3. What you put into the vault
You remain the owner of the content you add. By putting it into Tunnda, you grant us only the technical right to host it, back it up and display it for you and for the members of your family vault. We use it for no other purpose.
Responsibility towards third parties
You are responsible for the information you enter about other people, including people who do not use the app. You undertake to enter only information you are entitled to keep, to respect the privacy of living people, and to act on a deletion request from a person concerned.
4. Prohibited uses
- Using Tunnda to collect information about people who are not related to you, for the purpose of surveillance or record-keeping on them.
- Adding content that is unlawful, defamatory or in breach of another person's privacy.
- Attempting to circumvent the app's technical mechanisms or to access the data of other family vaults.
- Reselling access to the service or extracting data from it by automated means.
5. Family roles
Tunnda organises write access within a family vault through five roles: Elder, Co-admin, Contributor, Viewer and Youth. These roles organise trust inside a family: only grant a role to people you trust.
6. Availability of the service
We do our best to keep the service available, without guaranteeing continuous availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service. If we shut it down permanently, we will give you reasonable notice so that you can export your data.
7. Backups
We back up your content, but we recommend that you take your own regular exports from the app. We cannot guarantee that no data will ever be lost.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect losses, nor for the loss of content of which you kept no export. Nothing in these terms limits our liability in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
9. Termination
You may stop using Tunnda and request the deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend an account that seriously breaches these terms, having informed you beforehand where that is possible.
10. Changes
We may amend these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use the service after that notice means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the publisher's place of establishment (À compléter : pays d'établissement). For any question: amilcar@tanouacademy.com.
